The topic of this edition is Accelerators for healthcare, which challenges students from around the globe to come up with innovative ways in which particle accelerators can be used to tackle pressing healthcare issues. 

It follows the same theme as the previous CBI event, held in 2024, while the first two CBI events focused on accelerators for the environment. 

Applications are welcome from students preferably at master level studying in the following fields: physics, engineering, life sciences, chemistry, medicine, business and law. The applications from students outside these fields will also be considered if they show that they can bring a significant contribution to the challenge.
